**Youth Director Position
Christ Presbyterian Church is looking for a Youth Director. This person needs to be a college graduate, have a heart for youth ministry, be growing spiritually, work flexible hours, able to disciple/mentor/tutor teens, sense God’s calling to ministry, able to teach the Word of God, be committed to the core doctrines of the Reformed Faith, able to come along side parents as they train their children, have good communication and organization skills.
This person will plan and coordinate all youth events including weekly meetings, summer camp, retreats and other special events. Will be able to recruit parental involvement. Work well with the Next Generation Committee for planning and vision. Plan and coordinate discipleship.

CCYF - Christ Church Youth Fellowship for Junior and Senior High students, meets regularly on Sundays, with frequent special events.
Annual highlights include retreats in the fall and winter, and a week-long summer camp.
