Worship Theme: “The Lord Who Reigns”
Call to Worship 9:20 a.m.
Welcome
We Offer Our Praise
Declaring His Glory 1 Chronicles 16:23-31
Leader: Sing to the LORD, all the earth; proclaim His salvation day after day. Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples.
People: For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; He is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the LORD made the heavens.
Leader: Splendor and majesty are before Him; strength and joy in His dwelling place. Ascribe to the LORD, O families of nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength,
People: Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name. Bring an offering and come before Him; worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness.
Leader: Tremble before Him, all the earth! The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
People: Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns!”
“How Great Is Our God”
The splendor of the King, clothed in majesty:
Let all the earth rejoice, all the earth rejoice:
He wraps Himself in light, and darkness tries to hide,
And trembles at His voice, and trembles at His voice.
*How great is our God! Sing with me: How great is our God!
And all will see how great, how great is our God!
And age to age He stands, and time is in His hands;
Beginning and the End, Beginning and the End.
The Godhead, three in one, Father, Spirit, Son,
The Lion and the Lamb, the Lion and the Lamb.
Chorus
Name above all names
Worthy of all praise,
My heart will sing
How great is our God (repeat)
Chorus
“Agnus Dei”
Alleluia, Alleluia, for the Lord God Almighty reigns.
Alleluia, Alleluia, for the Lord God Almighty reigns.
Alleluia. Holy, Holy, are You Lord God Almighty
Worthy is the Lamb, Worthy is the Lamb
You are holy, holy, are You Lord God Almighty
Worthy is the Lamb. Worthy is the Lamb. Amen.
Rejoicing in His Reign

Our Church Among the Nations Peter Allen
Congregational Prayer
Our Gifts for His Kingdom Psalm 146:7-10
He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free, the LORD gives sight to the blind, the LORD lifts up those who are bowed down, the LORD loves the righteous. The LORD watches over the alien and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but He frustrates the ways of the wicked. The LORD reigns forever, Your God, O Zion, for all generations.
Giving for the Gospel “He Reigns”
It's the song of the redeemed
Rising from the African plain
It's the song of the forgiven
Drowning out the Amazon rain
The song of Asian believers
Filled with God's holy fire
It's every tribe every tongue every nation
A love song born of a grateful choir
It's all God's children singing
Glory, glory, hallelujah He reigns! He reigns! (x2)
Let it rise above the four winds
Caught up in the heavenly sound
Let praises echo from the towers of cathedrals
To the faithful gathered underground
Of all the songs sung from the dawn of creation
Some were meant to persist
Of all the bells rung from a thousand steeples
None rings truer than this*
And all the powers of darkness
Tremble at what they've just heard
'Cause all the powers of darkness
Can't drown out a single word
When all God's children sing out
Glory, glory! Hallelujah!
He reigns! He reigns!
*All God's people singing
Glory, glory! Hallelujah!
He reigns! (He reigns!)*
Ministry Announcements and Greetings
Preparing Our Hearts to Hear “O Worship the King”
O worship the King, all glorious above
O gratefully sing His wonderful love;
Our Shield and Defender, the Ancient of Days,
Pavilioned in splendor, and girded with praise.
O tell of His might, O sing of His grace,
Whose robe is the light, and canopy space.
His chariots of wrath the deep thunderclouds form,
And dark is His path on the wings of the storm
You alone are the matchless King.
To You alone be all majesty.
Your glories and wonders, what tongue can recite?
You breathe in the air. You shine in the light.
O measureless might, ineffable love
While angels delight to worship above
Thy mercies how tender, how firm to the end
Our Maker, Defender, Redeemer, and Friend. Chorus 2X
(second time through)
You shine in the light. You shine in the light.
O worship the King, all glorious above
And gratefully sing His wonderful love;
Our Shield and Defender, the Ancient of Days,
Pavilioned in splendor, and girded with praise.

“Be Unto Your Name”
We are a moment, You are forever, Lord of the ages, God before time.
We are a vapor, You are eternal, Love everlasting, reigning on high.
Holy, holy, Lord God Almighty.
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain.
Highest praises, honor and glory
Be unto Your name, be unto Your name.
We are the broken, You are the healer, Jesus, Redeemer, mighty to save.
You are the love song we'll sing forever, bowing before You, blessing Your name.*
The Blessing Revelation 22:3-5
No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and His servants will serve Him. They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.
